Know your Manager Jurgen Klopp.

Jurgen Klopp born and raised in Stuttgart is a great tactician when it comes to managerial position. He started his playing career in Germany itself. He didn't get much success in his playing career and he quit football as a player in 2001 when he was past FSV Mainz 05. 

         And the moment he left playing he started his managing career with the same team last played FSV Mainz. And he got them to play Bundesliga for the very first time and he also got them to play in UEFA cup and later on, they got relegated but he didn't choose to step down but later they didn't get promotion and he chose to resign in 2008.

                                        And his new adventure begins with Borussia Dortmund with whom he spent 8 years from 2008-15. And with them, he really came up as a great manager leading them to two back to back Bundesliga titles, two DFL Super cup and a DFB Pokal cup but his biggest achievement for them was leading them to the champions league final in 2012-13 season eventually losing to Real Madrid. He also got the individual award during his stint at Borussia Dortmund and that was German football manager of the year and that too twice in a row 2011 and 2012.

     Then came the moment when he decided to go for some tougher challenges and on 8 October 2015 he agreed to a deal from Liverpool which was of three years. He replaced Brendan Rodgers at Liverpool. In the very first season only they reached the final of football league cup where they lost and secured the second position. But the bigger achievement of the year was that they reached the final of the Uefa Europa league where they faced Sevilla but unfortunately one more final didn't go their way and they lost to Sevilla 3-1.  

                                Before the start of the next season in July 2016 Jurgen Klopp and his Coaching staff signed a six-year extension contract keeping them at Liverpool till 2022. In the next season, they didn't have much to celebrate but they got to the champions league place on the credit of coming fourth in the premier league after 2014-15.

In the next season of 2017-18, Liverpool played some really good football thanks to the great tactician mind of Jurgen Klopp and some great signings in the name of Sadio Mane, Mohammed Salah. They played really well but they couldn't improve their position in the premier league again they stood fourth. But in champions league they were the team to beat reaching to the final but again in another final they were beaten by Champions and holder Real Madrid by 3-1. But these performances have shown the quality of the man behind the team Jurgen Klopp.

            Another season is going to start in less than 5 days and Liverpool manager is all set for the season as he made some remarkable signings in Fabinho, Naby Keita, and Alisson Becker. And he is really excited to see them play for him. 

                                  Jurgen Klopp said, "100 percent focus on their own game can only lead them to the premier league title and it won't make any sense thinking about the other team that how they are doing."

                 He added that " when he says we need to be more consistent it's about getting more points." He also added " To play football is important but to fight for the win is more important" talking to the Liverpool Echo. 

              This season can be the career-changing season for Jurgen Klopp it would be great to see how he and his team perform.
